P&F and School Disco update

The countdown is on for our St Benedict’s School Disco – just 5 weeks to go!

Date: Thursday, 4 September 2025
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Locations:

• Prep – Year 2: School Hall
• Year 3 – 6: Performing Arts Block

Tickets: $5 per student or $10 per family
Parents/guardians attend free & siblings of all ages are welcome! Please note: this is a parent-supervised event Free Dress! BYO glow products. BBQ Sausage sizzle, some snacks & drinks available for purchase

How You Can Help 

Our P&F is working hard to bring this fun-filled night to life and we’d love your support!
There are plenty of ways to get involved, whether behind the scenes or on the night:

In the lead-up:

• Planning and helping with preparations
• Sourcing or donating items
• Collecting goods prior to the event
• Stocking the cold room
• Working bees for food prep in the week of the disco
  
  

On the night:  (30-minute rostered shifts so you can still enjoy the event and supervise your children)

• Setup and pack down
• Entry serving
• BBQ cooking and serving stations
• Runners for restocking eskies and supplies
• General support throughout the event

Please note: Due to current demands on volunteers and resources, the P&F will not be running a sausage sizzle at the upcoming Swimming Carnival, nor hosting a Father’s Day event this year. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
