APRE Report
Week 2 has quickly passed us by!
We started off the week with Prep Koalas presenting their assembly on October - the Month of Mission and finished off their assembly with a song reminding us that we all possess wonderful talents! I always look forward to Prep assemblies and seeing how far they have come presenting in front of the whole school. Our Mission Markets are being held today and our students this morning were all looking very excited to participate. It’s proving to be a great way to celebrate and raise funds for a wonderful cause who help people all around the world. I plan to provide an update on just how much we raised in next week's newsletter.
Swimming
Swimming lessons start in Week 5 for ALL classes running between Monday and Thursday at the North Shore Pool. This will be followed by our swimming carnival in Week 6 on Thursday 14th November, also at the North Shore Pool between 9:00am and 1:30pm. All parents and friends are invited to attend this event. A rough order of events will be released for this in the coming weeks prior to the carnival.
Remembrance Day
I would like to invite our community to our Remembrance Day assembly, being led by our students from Defence families on Monday November 11 at 8:45am in the Hall.
Have a great week and God bless,
Nick
